Push is a first-of-its kind prenatal and postnatal FOCUSED fitness STUDIO run by Emily Claman. The studio is located in hoboken, NJ and has many virtual offerings so it is accessible to every woman, everywhere. Push is a space dedicated to women’s health, wellness and fitness.

Push provides clients purposefully designed CLASSES, comprehensive 1:1 TRAINING programs and SPECIALLY CURATED workshops that are FOCUSED specifically ON SUPPORTING women THROUGH their entire pregnancy and postpartum experience. Emily created her signature group CLASSES AND training programs by combining the basic principles of Functional Training, with high intensity/low impact sculpting, alongside Pelvic Floor education and science backed research. 

Push is dedicated to creating a space where women’s health and wellness is prioritized. Our goal is to educate women on the importance of their physical fitness, deep core/pelvic floor function and overall health and how to properly build the strength and connection needed to have a safe and healthy pregnancy, childbirth experience and postpartum recovery.

Emily CLAMAN is a widely sought after fitness professional who has been in the fitness and wellness industry for over a decade. she is a certified Prenatal and Postnatal Fitness Specialist, a Prenatal and Postnatal Certified Personal Trainer, and a Prenatal and Postnatal Functional Training Specialist. Recently, Her Full Body Sculpt method was ranked as the #1 pilates class in NYC on Classpass.
